Core Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, repair, modify, and troubleshoot stamping and progressive dies.
- Construct and repair tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and related tooling.
- Operate manual and CNC tool room machinery.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD data.
- Perform precision measurements and inspections.
- Fit and assemble dies and tooling components.
- Diagnose tooling issues and make necessary repairs and adjustments.
- Set up production tooling and support tooling tryouts and debugging.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Support and assist Tool Maker Apprentices.
