Tool and Die Maker/Machinist
Min. 3 years experience required
Full or Part time
Qualifications
 If full-time you must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed, with reliable and consistent attendance. Reliable Die Service offers paid holidays, retirement plan, and health insurance to full-time employees. -If part-time, shift flexibility is a plus
 TMA (Tooling and Manufacturing Association) training or equivalent with 3 years experience a plus
 Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs.
 Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
 Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction
 Basic reading, math, and measurement skills required
 Must be familiar with basic machine shop equipment (mill, drill press, surface grinder, lathe)
Duties Include
 Knowledge and ability to build, sharpen and repair progressive dies, per design requirements
 Modify existing tooling per customer changes and requirements
 Ability to troubleshoot press and die problems
 Perform changeovers on multiple part tooling
 Punch press and 4-slide set-ups
 Draw die experience a plus
Work Environment
 The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
 All employees are to wear safety glasses, and hearing protection.
