About the Role
The Company is seeking a System Vice President for Total Rewards to provide strategic and enterprise-wide oversight of benefits, compensation, and occupational and employee health. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the philosophy, priorities, and decision-making frameworks that ensure the system's programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and financially sustainable. This role also involves fostering top talent and providing operational oversight of occupational medicine and employee health and wellness across all system sites. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in total rewards within a complex, multi-entity organization, and a strong preference for healthcare experience. Professional certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, CEBS, etc., are also desirable. Applicants for the System Vice President, Total Rewards position at the company should be prepared to demonstrate proven leadership skills, executive-level presence, financial acumen, and the ability to interact successfully with a variety of departments and external partners. Experience in supporting Board-level governance and fiduciary committees is essential. The role requires a candidate who is a strong business partner, with a focus on strategic direction, system alignment, and the development of top talent.
