Location New York, New York Shift Night Flex (United States of America) Job Overview Physician Assistant – Surgical ICU/Burn ICU/Trauma – Nights at New York-Presbyterian Hospital on the Cornell Campus. Lead the charge in improving the patient care experience as part of a 24/7 Surgery PA service in a world‑renowned Level I Trauma Center. Responsibilities Provide PA care to critically ill patients in the Surgical ICU, Burn ICU and Trauma service lines. Work a schedule of three 12.5‑hour night shifts per week. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex surgical, medical and burn injuries. Drive quality improvement initiatives and contribute to evidence‑based practice. Preferred Criteria Background in Surgery Critical care experience Strong new graduates with a demonstrated passion for managing surgical critical care patients are encouraged to apply Required Criteria Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies NYS licensure and NCCPA certification BLS/ACLS certification DEA certification ATLS certification Benefits Enjoy comprehensive and competitive benefits that support you and your family in every aspect of life.
