Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney. You will be responsible for handling various cases in all stages of litigation which will require you to conduct legal research, provide legal advice, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in depositions and eventually trial. You will work closely with senior attorneys, analyze medical records, legal documents, draft pleadings, and assist in trial preparation. PCR will provide exceptional support to help you expand your skills and practice.  We offer a tight knit collaborative environment.

Qualified Applicants Will Have

• 2 to 5 years of experience working on general litigation or insurance defense matters.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.

Pay: Negotiable depending upon experience.
