Medical Assistant

Role Responsibilities

• Perform clinical and administrative tasks to support healthcare providers.
• Assist with patient examinations and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for patient care.
• Collect and record patient medical histories and vital signs.
• Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
• Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Solve patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assistant training program is preferred.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic proficiency with medical office software and electronic health records.
