Keep the bathrooms clean and in good condition, as well as the perimeter of the restaurant and parking. Check the cleanliness of the stations of the previous shift and notify the manager if there is a problem. Prepare and refill the station for the next or closing shift. Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies. Check the side duties schedules and perform the necessary functions. Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of restaurants, empty trash containers and mop the floor of the restaurant and bar. Offer assistance to the guest, remove dirty glasses and dishes and refill drinks. Serve ice water, coffee, rolls, or butter to patrons and assist servers with bringing food to the tables as needed. Clean and sanitize during the entire shift. Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning. Keep the Front of House Supervisor informed of any problem or issues of importance and take the necessary actions as required and suggest solutions or alternatives as appropriate.
