Job Title: Staff Accountant

Location: Orange, CA

Salary Pay Range and Other Compensation: $25 - $33 per hour, DOE

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temporary

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Schedule: M-F 8 a.m.m to 5 p.m. Onsite

About the Role:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Accounts Receivable: Invoicing, Daily Shipment Log, Collections, etc


* Process payments and make all deposits


* Download reports


* Maintain AR files thoroughly and accurately


* Accounts Payable: Cuts all checks for all approved material and labor invoices, etc


* Maintain AP files thoroughly and accurately


* Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date by requesting and reviewing vendor statements on a regular basis


* Match bills to checks, obtain all signatures, and distribute checks accordingly


* Enter all vendor bills


* Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment


* Assist with maintaining general ledger, reconciliation, and end of month process
