TITLE: Nurse Educator

LOCATION: Warden, WA

What they’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required, Master’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred. Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.

• CPR and ACLS/PALS instructor status preferred.

• Minimum 5 years nursing experience in acute care within the previous 7 years. Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting nursing education.

Hours and compensation potential:

• This is a full-time, salary exempt position.

• Range is $115K-$144K depending on experience.

• Full benefits package including relocation assistance(5K). 

What you’ll be doing:

•This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization in a growing community. 

•The Nurse Educator will plan, develop, coordinate and deliver orientation and educational information to new and existing members of the nursing staff and oversee the nurse residency program. 

•Facilitate and teach certification classes for Healthcare Providers (ACLS, ACLS-OB, PALS, NRP, TNCC and ENPC). 

•This position works closely with nursing managers, nursing staff and education staff in order to support the development and maintenance of nursing skills through educational opportunities.
