Lodge Front Desk Day Position $14

Day Shift

Responsible for internal/external phone calls and guest service

• Check guests in and out of rooms and help with any issues they may have
• Get packages ready for check in
• Answer internal/external calls from guests needing supplies or wanting to make a reservation
• Restock supplies at the front desk, lobby and gift shop, notify manager of supplies needed
• Resolve problems arising from guest complaints, reservation and room assignment activities
• Provide feedback to the other shifts and supervisor/manager
• Such other appropriate duties as may be required

Requirements

• Reference check, criminal background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some accounting experience required
• Consistent employment history

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Word and Excel required
• Familiarity with multi-line phone system, copier, fax, and scanner
• Knowledge of Springer Miller software preferable, but not required
