Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor the Marketing Budget that is on the SCIP to ensure funds are expended according to the Spending Plan developed by the RRB Staff
• Track approved requests for local purchases and purchase transactions to ensure they do not exceed the single, daily, and monthly authorized purchase limits on a daily basis as per SCARNG Purchase Card Guidance
• Track monthly mileage usage and required vehicle maintenance of RRB vehicles
• Input mileage and maintenance records into the SCIP no later than 5 business days from the end of each month
• Input the Government approved Government Purchase Card request on the SCIP and update the status of purchases within 5 days of transaction date
• Complete and provide an enlistment status Production Report to the Company NCOIC's and Company Commander's by COB daily
• Review and process R&R Support Request Forms within 2 business days of receipt
• Review policies and procedures established by the R&R Command and NGB and make any recommendations to improve proficiency and overall success
