Counter Sales Leader: Training, Growth & Service

United Electric Supply is seeking a Counter Manager to lead the counter sales team in New Castle, DE. You will coach staff, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining showroom presentation and inventory accuracy. You will work with internal departments and manufacturers to support business objectives, promote product knowledge, and develop personnel.
