Press Operator

Inova Staffing is hiring experienced Press Operators for a client of ours in Valley View, a well-established and growing manufacturing company known for its clean facility, team environment, and long-term opportunities.

We are looking for candidates with REAL stamping press or punch press experience especially candidates who can perform set-ups and troubleshoot machines independently.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate stamping presses from 20400 ton
• Safely install tooling and run production
• Monitor quality and document production
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers
• Troubleshoot machine or production issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous punch press or stamping press experience REQUIRED
• Set-up experience strongly preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working overtime
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
