This role ensures the facility meets high cleanliness standards and consistently delivers operational excellence. The Assistant Managers are accountable for building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, presenting a structured sales process, and managing customer accounts.Extra Space Storage is the largest self storage company in the United States by store count, with over 4,000 stores nationwide.
