Retail Sales Associate Part Time

358 Broadway Ste 102, Saratoga Springs, NY, 12866 Responsibilities Engage as a member of a high‑performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results. Build a relationship with customers from greeting through post‑sale contact. Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals. Encourage team selling and positively impact the achievement of store sales volume and metric goals. Assist with visual merchandising, set‑up, and other store‑related projects, including merchandise stock counts. Handle the cash register and act as a cashier at the point of sale. Qualifications Customer‑service orientation with a culture of customer‑obsession. Desire to learn and adapt to new programs. Ability to work well with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies. Vision to differentiate between fabric patterns and colors.
