Packaging Associate

Packaging Associate | Franklin Park, IL | HIRING IMMEDIATELY Compensation $18.00-$20.00 (per hour) Available Shift Night Shift 7:00 pm - 7:00 am Essential Duties and Responsibilities Checks finished product for quality issues as it comes off of the conveyor. Packs plastic containers and lids of various sizes into sleeves & boxes. Grinding scrap material out of sleeves. After packing containers, pass the box to the “tape machine”. Responsible for keeping the work area clean. Builds and labels boxes as needed. Grinds poor quality product. Re-packs product as needed. Cleans inside and outside of machinery. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Ability to work effectively with others as part of a team is essential. Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.
