Job Title: Clinical Care LVN/LPN

Location: Orlando FL , 32819

Duration: 6 months 

Pay Range is $32.00–$37 per hour on W2  

Position Summary:

The Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN provides high-quality, evidence-based patient care within a clinical setting. This position is responsible for conducting patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the applicable U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or District of Columbia.
• Minimum of one year of relevant healthcare experience.
• Previous experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency care, or a comparable clinical environment preferred.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems; Epic experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and patient-care skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, quality care, and evidence-based nursing practices.

Education & Licensure:

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) program.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in a U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
