Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager

Summary of Position Our client is seeking an experienced QC Manager to lead and transform the quality control function within their plastics manufacturing operations. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity focused on building proactive quality systems, improving plant culture, and driving accountability on the production floor. Locations Charlotte, North Carolina Houston, Texas Key Responsibilities Lead and develop QC technicians across multiple shifts Establish and enforce QC protocols, documentation, and corrective action processes Monitor production for color accuracy, contamination prevention, and process compliance Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative quality measures Partner closely with Production leadership to improve operational and quality performance Qualifications Strong QA/QC background within plastics manufacturing Masterbatch experience strongly preferred Experience with color matching and go/no-go quality decisions Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to drive cultural change Strong understanding of corrective actions, QC systems, and contamination prevention Position Details Full‑time salaried position First shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Onsite role at manufacturing facility #J-18808-Ljbffr Rizonet Consulting
