LPN, Per Diem-Urgent Care

Licensed Practical Nurse- Urgent Care (Fulton/CSQ)

This is a per diem position.

The LPN will assist in planning, providing and evaluating patient care as a member of the health care team.

Record all patient care provided in a precise and detailed manner following established policy and procedures.

Graduate of an approved LPN program. Current NYS licensure. Current certification in CPR. Unit specific orientation. Must possess strong communication/computer skills.

Pay Range:$25.25-$30.30/hour

Employee salary is based on commensurate experience and other qualifications.
