Duties

• Provide customized massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massage to meet client needs.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client health history, preferences, and specific areas requiring attention.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Educate clients on post-massage care and recommend appropriate self-care practices for ongoing wellness.
• Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client feedback, and progress notes to ensure personalized care.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and practice productivity.
• Uphold professional licensing standards by adhering to state regulations and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally.
• Proven experience delivering professional massage therapy with excellent client service skills.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques to customize treatments effectively.
• Strong communication skills to listen attentively and provide clear guidance or recommendations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all client interactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
