Facility: Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park Location: Maitland, FL Schedule: Full-Time Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour Join Our Team as a Staffing Coordinator! A premier Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Maitland, Florida is seeking an experienced and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our leadership team. This critical role is responsible for managing nursing schedules, ensuring staffing compliance, supporting payroll processes, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels to support quality resident care. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information for all nursing department employees Monitor and document attendance, tardiness, call-offs, and absences Communicate attendance and scheduling concerns to the Director of Nursing according to facility policies Coordinate modified-duty assignments with Human Resources and nursing leadership Assist employees with scheduling requests, timecards, PTO requests, and related documentation Develop, maintain, and post monthly nursing schedules based on census and staffing needs Respond to scheduling inquiries and assist with shift coverage coordinationPrepare schedules and required materials for new hires prior to orientation Maintain records of employee licenses, certifications, and required credentials Adjust staffing levels based on census changes while helping control overtime expenses Process nursing department payroll and coordinate agency staffing coverage when needed Provide Unit Secretary coverage as needed Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Staffing Coordinator experience in a skilled nursing facility setting Knowledge of PPD and AHCA staffing requirements preferred Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Experience with scheduling systems, payroll processes, and Microsoft Office applications Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Benefits Competitive Pay Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical and Dental Insurance Employee Recognition Programs Company Perks and Discounts Supportive, Team-Oriented Work Environment One Personal Floating Holiday Background screening information: Florida Clearinghouse
