Role: Enterprise Rapid Response Leader

Location: Onsite, Cincinnati OH

Duration: 6 - 12 months

Pay rate: $70/hour W2 Only, client will not consider C2C

Job summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Rapid Response Leader to oversee, direct, and continuously evolve the organization’s response to urgent cybersecurity exposures across a large, distributed environment.

Key responsibilities:

Exposure Response Coordination
Authoritative Tracker and remediation ownership
Handoffs and escalation coordination
Governance, Risk and compliance alignment
Program Leadership & Maturity (senior manager levels)
Post response reviews and continuous improvement

Required skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
8–12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or IT risk within large-scale enterprises.
Demonstrated leadership of complex, high-urgency exposure or vulnerability response events involving multiple stakeholders and systems.
Deep understanding of: enterprise security architectures; vulnerability and exposure lifecycle management; hybrid infrastructure (data center, cloud, SaaS).
Proven ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, executive-facing situations while maintaining structured process discipline.
