Outside Business Development Representative — Commercial Roofing & Building Envelope | Tillotson Enterprises | [Omaha / Lincoln], NE

Tillotson Enterprises protects Nebraska buildings from the roof to the foundation. We're looking for a people-first business developer who would rather be shaking hands at a chamber event than sitting at a desk — someone who can walk into a warehouse, win over a property manager and turn a realtor into a steady referral partner.

Commercial roofing is your top priority. You'll also open doors for our residential roofing, foundation, waterproofing and insulation teams.

What you'll do

• Meet facility managers, building owners and property managers in person and book free commercial roof assessments
• Reconnect with past customers and get them back on our schedule
• Build a referral network of realtors, property managers, inspectors, insurance agents and builders
• Run lunch-and-learns, realtor CE sessions and co-marketing with partners
• Represent Tillotson at chambers, networking groups, association meetings and trade shows
• Follow storm activity and get in front of affected properties fast

You might be a fit if

• You have 2+ years in outside sales, business development or community relations
• You walk into a room and leave with five new contacts and three follow-ups
• You're organized, self-driven and good at keeping relationships warm
• You know — or want to know — every realtor and property manager in town
• Bonus: roofing, construction, real estate, property management or insurance background
