Your Day-to-Day

As part of the CenterWell pharmacy team, you will:

• Organize and manage medication inventory
• Label and prepare medications
• Assist with fulfilling prescription orders
• Operate or support automated medication-dispensing equipment
• Help maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced pharmacy environment

• Complete our Pharmacy Tech University (PTU) program to earn your Florida Pharmacy Technician Registration within 6 months of hire
• Receive continued training and study support to earn your PTCB national certification (CPhT)

$1,500 Sign-On Bonus

• $750 at hire
• $750 after you obtain your Florida Pharmacy Technician Registration

Qualifications

Required

• Ability to obtain a Florida Pharmacy Technician Registration within 6 months of hire (Paid training and study support provided)
• Experience in pharmacy, customer service, retail, call center, warehouse, OR manufacturing
• Ability to stand/walk the entire shift
• Ability to lift 25–35 lbs, bend, twist, reach frequently
• Ability to work at heights up to 20 ft
• Full-time onsite availability at the Orlando facility

Preferred

• Prior experience in pharmacy dispensing
• Strong communication skills & problem-solving mindset
• Strong critical thinking and initiative
• Basic to moderate Excel skills

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. EST (based on business need)
• Overtime may include weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)

Compensation: Hourly pay typically ranges between $20-$20.50/hr

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $39,000 - $49,400 per year
