What You'll DoWe’re looking for an Assistant Manager II to join our Non-Qualified (NQ) team! In this role, you’ll assist in leading Client Service operations members in the NQ department.Strategize and organize daily work and workflows to ensure services are prompt, efficient, cost effective, and in alignment with department goals.Responsible for managing production, staff, workflow, partnering with Managers on financials/forecasting activities, coaching, and salary and performance decisions.Strategic leadership involves employee coaching, performance management, salary administration, and supporting training and development.Ownership and oversight of daily operations of complex and/or multiple capabilities.Accountable and responsible for ensuring the service is in line with strategic, operational, and financial objectives.Operating at the intersection of financial services and technology, Principal builds financial tools that help our customers live better lives. Our mission, integrity, and customer focus have made us a trusted leader for more than 140 years!Who You AreBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required (4+ years of business-related work experience or equivalent required).Basic knowledge of document-related processes, standards, and supporting equipment/software is desired.Provide timely, courteous, and exceptional service to customers while balancing quality and cost effectiveness.Demonstrated commitment to operating with a high degree of integrity and professionalism in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company's Corporate Code of Ethics, Employee Handbook, compliance and operational policies and procedures, and other company policies; actively collaborates and builds positive working relationships across the organization.Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, business acumen, and supervisory skills required.Change management and time management skills required.Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
