Registered Nurse, Inpatient Complex Surgical Floor (36 hours)

Key Responsibilities Working on a brand new 24 bed complex surgical unit Providing care for all pediatric patients (all ages), including Orthopedics, General Surgery & Urology, Solid Organ Transplant and End Stage Renal Disease patients 12 of the 24 beds will have 2:1 nursing ratio for patients needing fluid management and hemodynamic monitoring Working collaboratively to provide family-centered care as a member of a multidisciplinary team that provides expert care Working 36 hours per week, rotating days/nights and every third weekend Minimum Qualifications Education:BSN requiredExperience: A minimum of 1+ years of inpatient acute RN experience requiredPediatric experience preferredPALS or ACLS preferred Licensure/ Certifications Massachusetts RN LicensureThe posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
