Mortgage Loan Processor

SWBC is seeking a Loan Processing Specialist to obtain, prepare and process mortgage loan files through approval. You will help maintain customer service standards by responding to inquiries and ensuring compliance with bank, regulatory and investor guidelines. Essential duties include preparing loan files for underwriting, ordering verifications, and coordinating with lenders, title companies and borrowers from application to closing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
