Join a team that prizes craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and safety. In this role, you’ll take ownership of CNC lathe setups and production, translating prints into precise parts and ensuring quality every step of the way.

• Configure and run CNC lathes to machine metallic materials to specification.
• Manage tool life to ensure consistent quality and throughput.
• Interpret and apply blueprints, shop drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, comparators, and gauges in line with process documentation.
• Carry out operator-level preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and correct equipment or tooling problems promptly.
• Perform basic deburring and in-process rework to meet finish and dimensional requirements.
• Offer ideas that refine processes and elevate performance.
• Maintain an orderly, efficient work area aligned with 5S principles.
• Work in full compliance with Advanced Machining and Tooling safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to other related tasks as needed.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience operating CNC lathes.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic shop arithmetic.
• Required: demonstrated experience with G- and M-codes.
• Awareness of general safety and quality systems.
• Flexible, collaborative approach to supporting varied manufacturing tasks.

• Aerospace machining experience.
• Proven tool life management.
• Strong capability to read, write, and interpret instructions, blueprints, shop drawings, and engineering specs.
• Experience setting up 3-axis machines.
• Ability to interpret CMM reports.
