What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum
• Monitor fetal and maternal health using advanced medical equipment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families about labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Obtain and document vital signs, fetal heart tones, and progress of labor
• Assist with high-risk OB cases using Epic electronic health records
• Support and guide staff and patients in a teaching hospital environment

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or ability to transfer
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-risk obstetrics
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced setting
