About the Role:
AMERIBOX PACKAGING LLC is looking for a detail-driven Purchasing & Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Calhoun, GA! Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations
• Issue and manage purchase orders with vendors and suppliers
• Track incoming shipments and reconcile deliveries against purchase orders
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams to forecast inventory needs
• Maintain accurate records in inventory management and ERP systems
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory control, or supply chain management
• Proficiency with inventory management software and/or ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Solid understanding of procurement processes and vendor management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or distribution industry is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a must
