Title:Account DirectorJob Description:NOW HIRING: Account DirectorCompensation: $135,000-$155,000 per yearJob OverviewPlans, develops, and implements customer strategies for the retention of existing business and growth within a specific customer by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.Provides direction and develops growth and retention for client specific programs.Reviews research to anticipate competition and market trends and translate customer’s attitudes of services and relationshipConsults with development teams on market requirements and product featuresCommunicates strategies including marketing, operations, communications, sales, and employee satisfaction from assigned customer to executive teamCoordinates and aligns strategy with corporate growth plan.Works with other departments to help develop relationship with regards to, pricing, positioning, and packagingThe ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.Evaluates and analyzes program results and presents recommendations for changes in strategyQualificationTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
