$35 – $50/hour based on experience
Company work truck/van provided
Position Summary
Unique Indoor Comfort is seeking an experienced Residential Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems. This position involves field service work in residential environments throughout the local service area.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
Install, maintain, and replace plumbing systems and fixtures
Perform drain cleaning, leak detection, water heater service, and general plumbing repairs
Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding repairs and recommendations
Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
Follow all company safety procedures and plumbing codes
Provide high-quality customer service on every call
Requirements
3+ years of residential plumbing experience highly preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
GED or High School Diploma required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
Professional communication and customer service skills
Environmental Conditions
Field service environment
Exposure to smells associated with sewer and water systems
Exposure to sounds associated with power tools and equipment
Exposure to dust and debris
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
Extended work hours may include day and/or evening shifts
Local travel required
