About the Position The company is seeking a Director of Construction Technology to lead the integration and optimization of technology platforms across BIM, estimating, and project management functions. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina , this role will own the firm’s construction technology strategy and serve as the bridge between operations, preconstruction, IT, and executive leadership. The Director will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and integrating software solutions to improve workflows, data consistency, and project outcomes across the enterprise. This is a highly visible role with the ability to directly influence how the organization builds today and in the future.
