Financial Paralegal

Paralegal Position

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the drafting, review, and management of legal documents related to fund products, including offering memoranda, partnership agreements, subscription agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant regulatory requirements and industry practices.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and compliance documentation.
• Support the team in responding to investor inquiries and requests for information.
• Manage timelines and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A minimum GPA of 3.5 from an accredited university is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a paralegal in asset management or a law firm.
• Strong understanding of fund processes and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
