Pay & Benefits

• Compensation: $150/hour (~$328,500 annually full-time)

What You'll Do

• Attend approximately 60 deliveries per month at a busy community hospital.
• Provide patient evaluation, management, and delivery attendance.
• Support OB triage, fetal monitoring, and ER coverage.
• Assist in surgeries, including obstetric and gynecologic procedures.
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine and neonatology teams for high-risk cases.
• Participate in inpatient consults and rounds for high-risk obstetrics patients.
• Contribute to educational activities with residents, medical students, and fellows.

What You Need

• Required:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Current California medical license or ability to obtain one
• Residency in OB/GYN
• Preferred:
• Previous hospitalist experience in obstetrics
• Ability to work flexible schedules within the shift options
