Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (equivalent to full compensation package discussed upon interview)
• Annual Compensation: Approximately $328,500 (full-time basis)

What You’ll Do

• Attend approximately 60 deliveries per month in a Level-III NICU environment
• Manage OB triage, patient evaluations, and childbirth deliveries
• Assist in surgical procedures related to obstetrics
• Monitor fetal health and perform high-risk pregnancy rounds with MFM specialists
• Support ER coverage for obstetric emergencies
• Collaborate with a team of OB hospitalists, MFM, and neonatology experts
• Provide education and support to residents and medical students

What You Need

• Valid California medical license or able to obtain one
• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
• Prior hospital-based OB/GYN experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
