Requirements Seeking a ** Per Diem ** OB Hospitalist for our practice at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs CA. 24 Hour Inhouse Shifts30 bed community Level III NICUAffiliated maternal-fetal medicine and neonatology practice supportPractice attends about 30 deliveries a monthResponsibilities include delivery attendance OB triage patient evaluation/management surgical assists fetal monitoring and ER coverageIf you love a scenic view and hiking- Joshua Tree National Park is a jump and skip away Rate structure: DO NOT ADVERTIZE BILL/PAY RATES WHEN POSTING JOBS OR REACHING OUT TO PROVIDERSOrientation Hours – 50 of standard rateOT over 40 hours/week Extra-Time standard rate.Holidays 1.25xConversion rates 25K MD/DO max conversion fee to be billed but will be discounted based on hours worked see Rules of Engagement for breakdownNote: Only five candidates will be name cleared the job will be placed on hold thereafter.
