Practice Model

You will work in a streamlined pod model alongside one Advanced Practice Provider supported by two Medical Assistants and a centralized scheduling and revenue cycle management team. This structure allows you to focus entirely on clinical excellence and high-volume procedural care while administrative support handles scheduling, insurance verification, and revenue cycle management. The practice maintains strong referral relationships across multiple specialties - ensuring a steady flow of appropriate candidates for interventional treatment and neuromodulation therapies.

Qualifications

MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible through ABA or ABPMR - required

ACGME accredited Pain Medicine fellowship - required - 2026 completion welcome or 2027 graduates

Documented neuromodulation experience including SCS trials and permanent implants - required

Demonstrated fluoroscopy proficiency with high procedural volume - required

DRG stimulation experience with documented case logs - preferred

Intrathecal pump and targeted drug delivery background - preferred

Formal SCS/DRG proctoring credentials or recognized neuromodulation course completion - preferred

Clean credentialing and licensure history - required
