Our Stow, Ohio facility features a clean, climate controlled manufacturing environment and is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and drive performance across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, and Customer Service operations.What You'll DoLead and manage daily operations across multiple functional areas within the facilityDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiencyOversee production scheduling, inventory planning, material management, shipping, and capacity planningEnsure customer expectations for quality, delivery, and service are consistently exceededProvide leadership and support for engineering, maintenance, quality, and customer service teamsSupport operating and preventative maintenance programs, facility management, and regulatory compliance effortsPartner with sales and leadership teams to support customer requirements and business growth initiativesParticipate in high level customer discussions and operational planning activitiesDevelop and motivate teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvementWhat We're Looking For10+ years of B2B Metals Manufacturing Industry in various functional areasIdeally 5+ of experience within High Mix / Low Volume Make To Print manufacturing businessesThe right candidate will have 5+ years of experience within the Aerospace, Defense, Automotive and / or Medical manufacturing niche5+ Responsibility for Sales / Commercial Management3+ years of Direct Manufacturing Management/SupervisionProven leadership qualities driving a highly metric driven businessAbility to continue to improve on well-established policies/proceduresFull P&L Responsibility for $15M+/year or greaterBachelors' degree in any discipline is highly preferred but not mandatoryTravel demands for this position will be 15% at mostWhy SPIROL?At SPIROL, people matter.
