Partner Program Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Partner Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and innovation of our partner programs and for building and enhancing our partner portal with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional partner experience. Responsibilities Design, build, and manage a world‑class partner program with continuous innovation. Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of the partner portal to ensure a seamless partner experience. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Develop and deliver training and enablement resources to empower partners. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes to improve program efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications 5+ years of partner program management experience, preferably in cybersecurity or identity security. Proven experience in creating, maintaining, and innovating partner programs. Demonstrated experience building and enhancing partner portals with a focus on user experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. Strategic thinking and long‑term planning for partner success. Strong project management skills managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
