Nutrition Education Specialist - WIC & Community Health

Valle del Sol, Inc. invites you to join as a Nutrition Education Specialist (NES). You will support access to CHNP including WIC, provide nutrition and breastfeeding counseling, and tailor plans under supervision in a culturally sensitive primary care setting. You will interview patients, determine eligibility, assess nutrition needs, educate on CHNP and Valle del Sol programs, and document outcomes.
