Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Employee Health Center (Contract) Location: Massachusetts (MA) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (No holidays) Overview This contract Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) role provides both clinical and administrative support at an onsite employee health center serving adult patients. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, and skilled in customer service, with at least two years of medical experience. Responsibilities include appointment coordination, patient registration, clinical support, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Required Qualifications Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) license in Massachusetts (MA) High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Epic Epic ASAP Epic Orders Key Responsibilities Organize and schedule patient appointments Perform phone triage and respond to patient inquiries Manage patient registration and intake Coordinate referrals and follow‑up care Handle fax management and documentation Perform clinical tasks including: Phlebotomy Immunization administration Point‑of‑care testing (POCT) Vital signs assessment Schedule & Shift Details Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM No holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
