Now Hiring: Experienced Window Cleaning Technician

We're looking for a versatile, hardworking team member to join our growing company.

Previous professional window cleaning experience is required. We're looking for someone who is confident working in a variety of environments and takes pride in delivering quality work.

What We're Looking For

• Previous window cleaning experience (required)
• Experience with residential, commercial, and specialty window cleaning
• High-rise certifications such as SPRAT, IRATA, or RDS are a major plus
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• A dependable team player who can adapt to different types of work

We perform all styles of window cleaning , so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety and can confidently handle different projects.

Seasonal Opportunities

During the winter months, we also install Christmas lights , providing additional hours and earning opportunities for team members who want to stay busy year-round.

Compensation

• $23–$25 per hour , depending on experience
• 90-day probation period
• Performance review after 90 days with the opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus
