Facility Housekeeper

At Stafholt, we strive to be a Force for Good—not just for our patients, but for our employees and the healthcare industry as a whole.We are looking for a Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team!The Housekeeper maintains the cleanliness of the facility for residents, visitors, and employees. Takes pride and ownership in the condition of the facility to ensure that it is a welcoming environment.What You'll DoClean and sanitize resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms, and other areas of the facility.Safely mix and use cleaning solutions and store in a secure area.Label and remove infectious waste bags and containers.Ensure punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.Perform other tasks as assigned.What We're Looking ForAbility to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and facility staff.Knowledge of infection control techniques.Ability to be patient and polite.Ability to read and write at a level appropriate for the job.Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)What We Offer:Competitive pay: $18-22 per hour, depending on experience401(k) retirement planMedical, Dental & Vision plans to keep you and your family healthyPaid Time Off and holiday pay to recharge to prioritize mental and physical healthShort and Long-term DisabilityLife InsuranceA culture of growth and development with opportunities for advancement and continuing educationRequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Experience: Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.All employees of Cascadia Healthcare are required to submit and be cleared to work in the facility per state specific background check requirements prior to contact with patients/residents.
