If you're passionate about making a real difference in people's lives, this is the role for you!Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN opportunities available.8-hour shiftsDay 6am-2pmEve 2pm-10pmNOC 10pm-6amWhat You'll Do:Answers nurse call system to determine resident needs.Assists residents with dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.Obtains food trays and assists residents with eating.Assists residents with range of motion exercises, and movement to/from wheelchair or activity areas.Assists resident with turning and positioning in bed.Assists resident with ambulation as indicated in the facility.Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.Documents ADLs, resident personal cares, and device use on flow sheets or task sheets as directed.Attends interdisciplinary meetings as needed to provide input into selected resident's plans of care.Documents restorative services provided following facility policies and procedures.Assists facility staff to provide person-centered cares based on indicated preferences.Ensures punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.What We're Looking For:An active Certified Nursing License to work in WA StateHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredExceptional communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a team setting.A compassionate, patient-first approach with a commitment to excellence.Valid CPR certificate preferredWhat We Offer:Competitive pay: $21-$27 an hour, depending on experience401(k) retirement planMedical, Dental & Vision plans to keep you and your family healthyPaid Time Off and holiday pay to recharge to prioritize mental and physical healthShort and Long-term DisabilityLife InsuranceA culture of growth and development with opportunities for continuing educationJoin Us Today!
