We are a growing family-owned business in the Youngstown area looking for a dependable and positive Office Assistant to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being the friendly voice of our company.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Full-Time Position

Responsibilities: • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner • Schedule estimates for our sales team • Make outbound calls when needed • Perform basic office tasks and help keep the office organized • Provide excellent customer service and represent our company with integrity We Are Looking For Someone Who: • Has a cheerful, caring voice on the phone • Enjoys talking with people and helping customers • Has strong core values such as honesty, integrity, and respect • Takes pride in representing a company that truly cares about its customers
