Internal Medicine Physician - Williamsburg, NY

Outpatient clinic in Williamsburg, NY is seeking a Internal Medicine Physician to join their well-established primary care team. This position is ideal for a provider who values long-term patient relationships and culturally aligned care.

Position Overview

The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients, splitting time between in-office visits and scheduled home visits (typically 2–3 days in each setting). Responsibilities include chronic disease management, preventative care, medication management, and routine follow-ups.

You’ll join a supportive team focused on delivering high-quality, community-centered medicine.

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

• Active New York license (or eligibility)

• Experience in outpatient primary care preferred

• Comfortable with hybrid home visit model

• EMR proficiency
