Learning Program Manager

The DEI Learning & Engagement Consultant will support the Senior Director of DEI Learning, Development, and Engagement and the broader team in designing, developing, facilitating, coordinating, and delivering learning and engagement initiatives across the organization. This temporary program manager role (100% remote, temporary until Jan29,2027, with possibility of full‑time transition) provides instructional, operational, facilitation, and production support for enterprise training, Employee Engagement Group (EEG) programming, leadership development experiences, and internal engagement communications. Essential Functions Learning Design & Content Development – 30%: Support the design, development, facilitation, and coordination of DEI and leadership development training and learning experiences. Training Facilitation & Engagement Delivery – 25%: Co‑facilitate and support delivery of enterprise training, workshops, EEG programming, and engagement sessions; assist in creating and editing facilitator guides, learner materials, presentations, toolkits, and engagement resources. Program Production & Event Management – 20%: Provide virtual production and logistical support for EEG calls, enterprise training, workshops, and engagement events; support meeting and training production activities including agendas, run‑of‑show documents, presenter coordination, technology checks, and event execution. Stakeholder Engagement, Communications & Collaboration – 15%: Assist with desktop publishing and internal communications updates through ACS Connects and other internal platforms; collaborate with the DEI Learning & Development team to support culturally responsive and population‑specific learning initiatives; assist with evaluation, tracking, and organization of learning materials, resources, and program feedback; support development and organization of engagement toolkits, resource libraries, and enterprise learning assets; partner cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders to align engagement and learning priorities. Program Administration, Evaluation & Special Projects – 10%: Provide operational and administrative support for learning and engagement initiatives as needed; provide other related duties and special projects as assigned. Experience & Qualifications Minimum Degree: Associate; Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s. Years of experience: 2+ years in learning and development, training coordination, employee engagement, communications, or DEI‑related initiatives. Knowledge of adult learning theory, professional development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, program design, instructional design, and evaluation methodology/practice. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual learning environments. Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Experience supporting learning and development, training coordination, employee engagement, communications, or DEI‑related initiatives. Experience facilitating or co‑facilitating training, workshops, webinars, or group learning experiences. Strong written communication, presentation development, and organizational skills. Experience supporting virtual meetings, webinars, or event production; proficiency with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and intranet platforms. Familiarity with LMS, webinar platforms, and digital learning tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with desktop publishing, content formatting, or internal communications platforms. Ability to work independently while supporting collaborative team initiatives. Travel Requirements Occasional travel may be required based on training, engagement, or organizational needs. Physical Requirements This is a remote position; however, some lifting of packages 10lbs or less may be required when setting up for events. Compensation Starting rate: $38.00–$46.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and geographic location.
