Billing & Payroll Assistant – 3-6 month temporary opportunity

Growing construction company is seeking a Billing & Payroll Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position will provide support with construction billing, payroll administration, and general office duties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with billing support, data entry, and AIA billing documentation
• Prepare and track lien waivers
• Set up customers and jobs in Sage
• Maintain organized files and project documentation
• Assist with payroll data entry and administrative tasks, including union payroll
• Provide general support to the accounting and office teams

Qualifications:

• Construction, accounting, billing, or payroll experience preferred
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Sage experience a plus
