We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Office Manager to join our team and support our mission to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office, ensuring efficient and accurate management of financial records, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

• Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality performance

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget analysis, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of business office functions and effective communication with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a business office or similar setting

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
